SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ama Active Wear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 Domestic Shipping Policy

 Shipment processing time

  •  All orders are processed within 7 business days and shipping may take another additional 7 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  •  Shipping rates & delivery estimates
  •  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

 Have you been authorized to return/exchange a product with us for a particular reason?

 All returns will need to be shipped DHL Signed for OR DHL Tracked. You will need to keep hold of your tracking number for peace of mind, that your return has made it to us safely.

 We are not responsible for the items YOU have placed in the Mail. We will not cover you for loss by DHL. That is where your tracking number comes in. If your items get lost in the Mail, YOU will need to lodge a formal investigation with DHL, for them to cover you for the loss/damages of your items. If you chose not to ship your items tracked or signed for, and your items become lost, you will not be reimbursed for your loss/damages. Ama Active Wear will not pay to cover cost of postage and/or lost items in the Mail. DHL will be your main contact for loss/damages which have occurred under their services.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a GERMANY order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 The Website Ama Active Wear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
